Hydro Power III is a water “boot camp”! Strengthen your muscles and improve cardio with this entire body workout. Participants will use this interval-based combination class to sculpt and strengthen muscles and improve overall cardio endurance. Hydro Power II has a mix of cardio based exercises that can be completed with and without equipment in order to modify intensity. Exercises can be performed multiple ways to accommodate all fitness levels. Participants use the water for resistance in this cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout. This class is specially designed for Active Older Adults. Trained personnel lead participants through a series of specially designed exercises that use buoyancy and resistance to help improve joint flexibility.
